Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticketing and baggage procedures, arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport on a Turkish Airlines flight. After baggage claim and passport control, we meet our bus. Then we head to Putrajaya, the future capital of Malaysia. Putrajaya is Malaysia’s most orderly city, carefully designed with its architecture, and in the future, the capital will be completely transferred here from Kuala Lumpur. At the beginning of our city tour, we observe that symbolic bridges from different countries adorn the city, and we stop at one of them to take photos. As Malaysia’s Minister of Tourism said, just coming to this city is enough to see the world’s special symbolic bridges. Later, we go up to PICC and look at the city from above. Our next stop is Putrajaya Mosque. With pink color predominantly used in its interior and exterior architecture, this mosque resembles an opening flower and is also called the Pink Mosque. After visiting Putrajaya Mosque, we head to Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor State. We visit the Sultan Salahuddin Aziz Shah Mosque, which opened in 1988 and fascinates visitors with its 4 minarets, being the largest mosque in Malaysia and the second largest in Southeast Asia. Due to its blue dome, it is also referred to as the “Blue Mosque,” as tourists call Sultanahmet Mosque. Throughout the tour, we see local and historical Malay houses located along the riverbank. After breakfast in the morning, our first stop is the city's symbol, the Petronas Twin Towers. Then we continue toward Kuala Lumpur Merdeka (Freedom) Square. We visit the National Museum, Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and the Islamic Art Museum, which houses a library containing Islamic art books and more than 7,000 works. Among the highlights, you will admire the Islamic Architecture Gallery, where reproductions of famous buildings such as the Taj Mahal in India, the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, and the Emir Timur Mausoleum in Uzbekistan are displayed. After the enjoyable time we spend in Merdeka Square, we go to Mesjid Negara (National Mosque), a symbol of Malaysia's independence. We perform our noon prayer in the first mosque built with Malaysia's distinctive architecture. After our prayer break, we go to Batu Caves, a pilgrimage site for Hindus. Here we will see the giant statue of Lord Murugan and the temples that greet us at the end of a staircase of nearly 400 steps, along with figures telling the story of Lord Murugan. Afterwards, we go to Central Market, where we can buy symbolic handmade products belonging to Malay culture and find souvenirs. After our breakfast at the hotel, our first stop is the Colmar Tropicale French Village, located in the state of Pahang about 1 hour away from the city center. Inspired by 17th-century French towns, this themed village offers free time to explore. With its colorful buildings and cobblestone streets, it provides a European atmosphere. Afterward, our second stop is the Japanese Village, located about 10 minutes from Colmar Tropicale. Built in the 1990s, the Japanese Village has an atmosphere reflecting Japanese culture with traditional Japanese gardens, tea houses, and bamboo forests. Here, you can walk around and feel the serenity of nature and experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. After seeing these beautiful natural spots and villages, we head to our final stop, the Genting Highlands. After 1965, construction began with the establishment of a hotel, and it has now turned into a massive complex of hotels at 1800 meters, where Chinese people mostly come from all over the world to gamble. At the same time, the Chin Swee Buddhist Temple located at 1600 meters has also attracted the attention of tourists. Access to these two stops is provided by both road and cable car. Seeing the Orchid Gardens located within the Botanical Gardens, Chinatown, and the famous shopping street Orchard Road are among the places to be seen. At the end of our city tour, we head to Masjid Sultan, Singapore’s most magnificent mosque. The mosque, whose construction began in 1824 by Singapore’s first sultan, Sultan Hussein, was restored in 1932 by Singapore’s oldest architectural firm, Denis Santry, and given its present magnificent form. After the prayer we will perform at Masjid Sultan, we head to Sentosa Island. Free time on the island in the afternoon. After having our breakfast at the hotel, we leave our hotel and go to Mersing province, which belongs to Johor Bahru, located in the southeastern region of the Malay Peninsula. We set out to sea by boat departing from the harbor. Throughout the tour, while snorkeling, you can see the corals located in the southeastern part of this peninsula. Our first stop is Sribuat Island. On this island, we hike and snorkel, then return to the boats. Then we arrive at our second stop, Raja Island. Here too, we have the opportunity to snorkel and find time to swim on the beach. Our next stop is Harimau Island; on this island, we have the opportunity to swim in the caves located there and, depending on the water level, to jump into the sea from a high point on the island. After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our tour of the historic city of Malacca, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Our first stop will be the Malacca Mosque, the most magnificent mosque in the region. This mosque is located on the edge of the Strait of Malacca, the most strategically important area of the Far East in terms of trade. In our tour, we listen to our guide at A’Famosa Fortress about how Malaysia was successively colonized by the Japanese, Portuguese, Dutch, and British, and how they fought each other to take control of Malaysia, then we go to the Stadthuys and St. Paul’s Church to see the different cultures and traces each of these countries, which sought to dominate the region, left in Malaysia. Since the Chinese population in Melaka is dense, the Nyonya (Baba) culture predominates. To get to know this culture more closely, we visit the Baba & Nyonya Museum and then move on to Jonkers Walt, where the Chinese live.
