Tour Program
1. Day Istanbul – Casablanca – Marrakech – Majorelle Gardens – Marrakech
Meeting at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. After ticket, passport, and baggage procedures, flight to Casablanca with Air Arabia Airlines’ scheduled service and arrival. After meeting our coach and local guide waiting for us at the airport, we depart for Marrakech. After breakfast, we begin our Marrakech tours. Yves Saint Laurent’s secret garden, Jardin Majorelle, is one of the finest examples of Moroccan architecture. There will be unique plants in the garden that we will have the opportunity to see and photograph. The monumental Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace adorned with Moroccan mosaic and woodwork decorations, the Saadian Tombs, and the Menara Gardens surrounded by olive trees are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to the hotel and free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our Marrakech hotel.
2. Day Marrakesh – Essaouira – Marrakesh
After breakfast at our hotel, depart for Essaouira. On this tour, this small fishing town on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean is Morocco’s most romantic place. Essaouira, which also reminds us a bit of old Bodrum, has been an inspiration for many artists such as Orson Welles. A former Portuguese port, the city became a truly cosmopolitan structure during Arab rule, as Muslims joined the Christian Portuguese and Jewish population, while preserving its fortress and historic harbor. Its medina, consisting of streets and avenues intersecting at right angles, is an example of period urban planning. The kilometers-long sandy beach hosts international wave surfing competitions every year. In the city we will reach while observing the natural beauty along the way, we will visit important and different areas such as the fortress, Medina, bazaar, and port, and we will have free time at the port for lunch and shopping. Meet at the time determined by our guide and return to Marakeş. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
3. Day Marrakesh – Casablanca
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart from the hotel with our belongings. First, in Marrakech, you will discover all the traditional corners of the Marrakech bazaar, which resembles a traditional huge labyrinth. During this excursion, you will come across examples of many handicrafts found in the country, such as textile workers, blacksmiths, leather tanneries, and wood craftsmen. It will end at Jamaa El Fna Square, the most lively city square in Africa. We can briefly call Jamaa El Fna, which we can describe as a true "courtyard of miracles," an "open-air theater." This square, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is one of the rare squares on the list. Jamaa El Fna, enlivened by performances of storytellers, snake charmers, tattoo artists, jugglers, and acrobats, can be briefly described as an "open-air theater." After our Marrakech tours, we depart for Casablanca. Places to see in Casablanca include Anfa & Ain Diab, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, and the Hassan II Mosque, built between 1980 and 1993, which is among the three largest mosques in the world. Inside, 25,000 people can pray at the same time, and 80,000 people can gather in its courtyard; additionally, the laser lamp in its 200-meter minaret announces prayer time from up to 35 km away. The structure, built on an area of 20,000 square meters, will be the most impressive excursion of the day. In our historical Casablanca city tour, Mohammed V Square, the Medina, and Corniche Boulevard will be seen. After seeing the king's palace, now used as a museum, and the old historic district called the Medina and the bazaars, dinner and overnight stay at our Casablanca hotel.
4. Day Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - Fes
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rabat . It is on the UNESCO World Heritage List (as a combination of a modern capital and a historic city). It is the political and diplomatic center because it is the city where the royal family and all embassies are located. In addition, the city of Rabat lies on the banks of the Rabat Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and cork oak forests. On our panoramic city tour in Rabat, the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace are among the places we will see. Afterwards, we head to the city of Meknes, which is also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Declared the capital by Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century, Meknes is among Morocco’s “four imperial cities” and stands out with its architectural simplicity. The city is a unique example where Islamic elegance meets European engineering. Among the places to see is Bab el-Mansour, one of Morocco’s most magnificent city gates; this structure, with its intricate mosaics and imposing form, is the symbol of Meknes. Lahdim Square offers a colorful atmosphere with street performers and open-air markets. Afterwards, we depart for Fes, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and is Morocco’s religious and cultural capital. Dinner and accommodation at our Fes hotel.
5. Day FES - SAFSAWAN - TETOUAN
After the breakfast at the hotel, we leave the hotel with our belongings and head to Chefchaouen. It is a city that seems to come out of fairy tales, with its houses, walls, doors, and windows reflecting various shades of blue, located at the foothills of the Rif Mountains. In the “Blue City,” famous for its narrow streets and sky-blue painted houses, whose fame has spread beyond Morocco, you will feel as if you are inside a blue dream. On our panoramic city tour of Chefchaouen, where you will not tire of photographing and admiring the views, we visit Kasbah, Medina, Mohammed V Square, and then Jemaa Bouzafar Mosque. 6. Day Tetouan – Tangier – Istanbul

Tangier, the pearl of northern Morocco, is located at the junction of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, with its strategic position overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar. Tangier is known for its intellectual and literary past. Art galleries, bookstores, and cultural events are quite common. It is also a multilingual city; Arabic, French, Spanish, and English are widely spoken. The Tomb (Mausoleum) of Ibn Battuta, one of the greatest Muslim travelers and voyagers in world history, is located inside the Medina on a modest street. His work, "Rihla" (Travelogue - Journeys), is not just a geographical journey; it also presents the cultural, social, and political panorama of the 14th-century Islamic world. After seeing the point where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet and the view of the Strait of Gibraltar stretching from Africa to Europe, we head to Tangier airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Istanbul at 18.10 with Air Arabia's scheduled flight and arrival at 00.30.
