11. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

12. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force when the Member approves it electronically through the site and remains valid as long as the membership continues.
